One of the positives I gained from having an acoustic neuroma tumor is to be grateful for what I CAN do. That's why I like to think of myself as a CANsultant.
We all need to take charge of our well-being. Health care reform needs to start with self-care. To accomplish this, we need to nurture all dimensions of our well-being: mind, body, & spirit. I desire to empower you to do such by applying fitness "fundamentals along with other life-enhancing strategies.
I have chosen GET REAL as my motto because we will focus on what you are willing to CANmit to doing; whether it's getting real food or really getting out for a walk. (Be sure to get a doctor's OK before starting any exercise program- especially, if you are over 35 or have a history of any chronic or serious health issues.)

Carpe Diem!!!
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming... "WOW!!! What a Ride!"
